[1842] A phenomenon (dhamma) having the path as root (maggahetuka) is a condition for a phenomenon having the path as root by decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya). Natural decisive support (pakatūpanissaya): the first path is a condition for the second path by decisive-support condition. (Abbreviated.) The third path is a condition for the fourth path by decisive-support condition.
