*Translator's note: The Pali as printed groups conascence, mutuality, and dependence under a single numeral ("sahajāte aññamaññe nissaye tīṇi"), i.e., three each. The Thai Royal edition, however, gives seven for the conascence condition (ในสหชาตปัจจัย มี ๗) and three only for mutuality and dependence, as though reading "sahajāte satta." The translation follows the Pali. Note that the later grouped construction "indriye jhāne magge sampayutte tīṇi" is confirmed by the Thai edition, which likewise leaves indriya, jhāna, and magga without numerals and supplies "three" only at sampayutta; the two grouped constructions therefore do not stand on the same footing in the control text and are not treated as parallel.
