[2039] Dependent on an internal phenomenon (ajjhatta dhamma), an internal phenomenon … by immediacy condition (anantara-paccaya), by contiguity condition (samanantara-paccaya), by connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya): Dependent on one internal aggregate (khandha), three aggregates and mind-originated materiality (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arise]; dependent on two aggregates … At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on one internal aggregate, three aggregates and kamma-born materiality (kaṭattā-rūpa) [arise]; dependent on two aggregates … Dependent on the aggregates, the base (vatthu) [arises]; dependent on the base, the aggregates [arise]. Dependent on one primary element (mahābhūta), three primary elements [arise]; dependent on the primary elements, mind-originated materiality and kamma-born materiality that is derivative materiality (upādā-rūpa) [arise].
