[2065] An external phenomenon (bahiddhā dhamma) [arises] conditioned by an external phenomenon … similar to the dependence section (paṭiccavāra). The eye base (cakkhāyatana) … the body base (kāyāyatana) … conditioned by the base (vatthu), external aggregates (khandhā) [arise].
