[2097] An internal phenomenon (ajjhatta dhamma) is a condition for an internal phenomenon by repetition condition (āsevana-paccaya): the preceding internal aggregates (khandhā) are a condition for the subsequent internal aggregates by repetition condition. Conformity (anuloma) is a condition for change-of-lineage (gotrabhū); conformity is a condition for cleansing (vodāna); change-of-lineage is a condition for the path (magga); cleansing is a condition for the path — by repetition condition.
