[2100] An external phenomenon (bahiddhā dhamma) is a condition for an external phenomenon by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya): conascent (sahajāta) and asynchronous (nānākhaṇika).
Conascent: external volition (cetanā) is a condition for the associated aggregates (khandhā) and for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by kamma condition.
Asynchronous: external volition is a condition for the resultant external aggregates and for kamma-born forms (kaṭattā-rūpa) by kamma condition.
