[2241] A visible-and-impinging (sanidassana-sappaṭigha) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition for an invisible-and-impinging (anidassana-sappaṭigha) phenomenon by presence condition (atthi-paccaya). Prenascence (purejāta): [one contemplates] forms as impermanent … grief (domanassa) arises. With the divine eye (dibbacakkhu) [one sees] a form … The form base (rūpāyatana) is a condition for eye-consciousness (cakkhuviññāṇa) by presence condition.
