In dependence on a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (neva dassanena na bhāvanāya pahātabba), a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development arises by predominance condition: in dependence on one aggregate (khandha) to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, three aggregates and mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arise]; in dependence on two aggregates, two aggregates and mind-originated form [arise]; in dependence on one primary element (mahābhūta), three primary elements [arise]; in dependence on two primary elements, two primary elements [arise]; in dependence on the primary elements, mind-originated form, derived form (upādā-rūpa), [arises].
