[619] Conditioned by a phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabba) and a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (neva dassanena na bhāvanāya pahātabba), a phenomenon to be abandoned by seeing arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya):
Conditioned by one aggregate to be abandoned by seeing and the base (vatthu), three aggregates arise; conditioned by two aggregates and the base, two aggregates arise.
Conditioned by a phenomenon to be abandoned by seeing and a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development arises by root condition:
Conditioned by the aggregates to be abandoned by seeing and the primary elements (mahābhūtā), mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhānaṃ rūpaṃ) arises.
Conditioned by a phenomenon to be abandoned by seeing and a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, phenomena to be abandoned by seeing and phenomena to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development arise by root condition:
