[741] A phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabba) is a condition, by presence condition (atthi-paccaya), for a phenomenon to be abandoned by seeing and for a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (neva dassanena na bhāvanāya pahātabba).
