[767] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) with roots to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabbahetuka), a phenomenon with roots to be abandoned by seeing arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya): dependent on one aggregate (khandha) with roots to be abandoned by seeing, three aggregates [arise] … two aggregates.
Dependent on a phenomenon with roots to be abandoned by seeing, a phenomenon with roots to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (nevadassanena nabhāvanāya pahātabbahetuka) arises by root condition: dependent on aggregates with roots to be abandoned by seeing, mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arises].
