[111] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is both a root (hetu) and accompanied by roots (sahetuka) is a condition, by root condition (hetu-paccaya), for a phenomenon that is both a root and accompanied by roots:
Non-greed (alobha) is a condition, by root condition, for non-hatred (adosa) and non-delusion (amoha).
