[243] A phenomenon without impingement (appaṭigho dhammo) is a condition for a phenomenon without impingement by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya): conascent (sahajāta), asynchronous (nānākhaṇika).
Conascent: volition (cetanā) that is without impingement is a condition for the associated aggregates (sampayuttaka-khandhā) and for the forms originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) that are without impingement, by kamma condition.
Asynchronous: volition that is without impingement is a condition for the resultant aggregates (vipāka-khandhā) and for the kamma-born forms (kaṭattā-rūpa) that are without impingement, by kamma condition.
