[27] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is a root (hetu) is a condition for a phenomenon that is a root by kamma-result condition (vipāka-paccaya):
Resultant (vipāka) non-greed (alobha) is a condition for non-hatred (adosa) and for non-delusion (amoha) by kamma-result condition.
In the analysis of kamma-result (vipāka-vibhaṅga), the nine questions are similar to those in the dependent chapter (paṭicca-vāra).
