[280] A material phenomenon (rūpī dhamma) is a condition for a material phenomenon by nutriment condition (āhāra-paccaya): Edible nutriment (kabaḷiṅkāra āhāra) is a condition for this body by nutriment condition. An immaterial phenomenon (arūpī dhamma) is a condition for an immaterial phenomenon by nutriment condition: three (cases).
