[453] Conditioned by a phenomenon (dhamma) associated with fetters (saññojana), a phenomenon associated with fetters arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya) — three (cases), similar to the dependence section (paṭicca). Conditioned by a phenomenon dissociated from fetters, a phenomenon dissociated from fetters arises by root condition: as far as rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi); (conditioned by) one primary element (mahābhūta) …; conditioned by the base (vatthu), aggregates (khandhā) dissociated from fetters; conditioned by the base, delusion (moha) accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca).
