[54] Dependent on a rootless phenomenon (ahetuko dhammo), a rootless phenomenon arises, not by nutriment condition (āhāra-paccaya). … Not by faculty condition (indriya-paccaya); not by absorption condition (jhāna-paccaya); not by path condition (magga-paccaya); not by association condition (sampayutta-paccaya).
