[554] A phenomenon (dhamma) associated with ties (gantha) is a condition for a phenomenon associated with ties by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya): volition (cetanā) associated with ties is a condition for the associated aggregates (khandha) by kamma condition. A phenomenon associated with ties is a condition for a phenomenon dissociated from ties by kamma condition: conascent (sahajāta) and of a different moment (nānākkhaṇika). Conascent: volition associated with ties is a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by kamma condition; volition dissociated from views (diṭṭhigata) and accompanied by greed (lobha) is a condition for greed and for mind-originated forms by kamma condition; volition accompanied by grief (domanassa) is a condition for repulsion (paṭigha) and for mind-originated forms by kamma condition. Of a different moment: volition associated with ties is a condition for the resultant aggregates (vipāka-khandha) and for kamma-born forms (kaṭattā-rūpa) by kamma condition. A phenomenon associated with ties is a condition for a phenomenon associated with ties and for a phenomenon dissociated from ties by kamma condition: volition associated with ties is a condition for the associated aggregates and for mind-originated forms by kamma condition; volition dissociated from views and accompanied by greed is a condition for the associated aggregates, for greed, and for mind-originated forms by kamma condition; volition accompanied by grief is a condition for the associated aggregates, for repulsion, and for mind-originated forms by kamma condition. A phenomenon dissociated from ties is a condition for a phenomenon dissociated from ties by kamma condition: conascent and of a different moment. Conascent: volition dissociated from ties is a condition for the associated aggregates and for mind-originated forms by kamma condition. Of a different moment: volition dissociated from ties is a condition for the resultant aggregates and for kamma-born forms by kamma condition.
