[360] Dependent on a clung-to (upādinna) phenomenon (dhamma), a not-clung-to (anupādinna) phenomenon arises by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): dependent on the base (vatthu), the not-clung-to aggregates (khandhā) [arise]. Dependent on a not-clung-to phenomenon, a not-clung-to phenomenon arises by predominance condition: dependent on one not-clung-to aggregate, three aggregates and mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arise]; dependent on two aggregates … dependent on one primary element (mahābhūta) … dependent on the primary elements, mind-originated form, [that is,] derivative form (upādā-rūpa), [arises].
