[398] With not-root condition (na-hetu-paccaya): in the object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya), one; in all [conditions], one; … in the path condition (magga-paccaya), one; in the non-disappearance condition (avigata-paccaya), one.
The conascence chapter (sahajāta-vāra), too, is similar to the dependence chapter (paṭicca-vāra).
One analyzing [it in full] should formulate it thus: "Conascent with clinging to views (diṭṭhupādāna), clinging to sensuality (kāmupādāna) [arises]."
