[427] Dependent on a phenomenon associated with clinging (upādānasampayutta dhamma), a phenomenon associated with clinging arises by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya): dependent on one aggregate (khandha) associated with clinging, three aggregates [arise]; dependent on two aggregates … . Dependent on a phenomenon associated with clinging, a phenomenon dissociated from clinging (upādānavippayutta dhamma) arises by object condition: dependent on the aggregates accompanied by greed dissociated from views (diṭṭhigatavippayutta-lobhasahagata), greed (lobha) [arises]. Dependent on a phenomenon associated with clinging, a phenomenon associated with clinging and a phenomenon dissociated from clinging arise by object condition: dependent on one aggregate accompanied by greed dissociated from views, three aggregates and greed [arise]; dependent on two aggregates … . Dependent on a phenomenon dissociated from clinging, a phenomenon dissociated from clinging arises by object condition: dependent on the aggregates dissociated from clinging, mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna rūpa) [arises]; at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on the aggregates, the base (vatthu) [arises]; dependent on the base, the aggregates [arise].
