[443] A phenomenon (dhamma) associated with clinging (upādāna-sampayutta) is a condition, by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya), for a phenomenon associated with clinging:
With reference to aggregates (khandhā) associated with clinging, aggregates associated with clinging arise.
The root should be supplied.
With reference to aggregates associated with clinging, aggregates dissociated from clinging (upādāna-vippayutta), and greed (lobha), arise.

A phenomenon dissociated from clinging is a condition, by object condition, for a phenomenon dissociated from clinging:
Giving (dāna) … virtue (sīla) … the uposatha observance (uposathakamma) … deeds well done in the past … Having emerged from jhāna, one reviews the jhāna, relishes it, delights in it; with reference to that, lust (rāga) dissociated from views … doubt (vicikicchā) … restlessness (uddhacca) … when the jhāna has deteriorated, grief (domanassa) arises in one who is remorseful.
Noble ones, having emerged from the path (magga), review the path; the fruition (phala) …; they review Nibbāna. Nibbāna is a condition, by object condition, for change-of-lineage (gotrabhū), for cleansing (vodāna), for the path, for fruition, and for adverting (āvajjanā).
Noble ones: the abandoned defilements (kilesa) dissociated from clinging … the suppressed defilements … formerly … the eye (cakkhu) … the base (vatthu) … the aggregates dissociated from clinging, and greed — as impermanent … they contemplate with insight, they relish, they delight in them; with reference to that, lust dissociated from views … doubt … restlessness … grief … All should be given in full, from "with the divine eye" up to "body-consciousness."
Aggregates dissociated from clinging are a condition, by object condition, for the knowledge of the kinds of supernormal power (iddhividha-ñāṇa), for the knowledge penetrating the minds of others (cetopariya-ñāṇa), for the knowledge of the recollection of past lives (pubbenivāsānussati-ñāṇa), for the knowledge of beings' faring according to their kamma (yathākammupaga-ñāṇa), for the knowledge of the future (anāgataṃsa-ñāṇa), and for adverting.
