[590] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by development (bhāvanā), a phenomenon to be abandoned by development arises, by root condition (hetu-paccaya). As with the seeing dyad (dassana-duka), so should this be elaborated in detail; there is no difference.
