[639] … In the immediacy condition (anantara-paccaya), by reason of the [phenomena] that do not have roots to be abandoned by development (na bhāvanāya pahātabbahetuka), the delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā) is not to be included; the delusion accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca) is to be included. … is a condition by way of the contiguity condition (samanantara-paccaya); is a condition by way of the connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya): nine; is a condition by way of the mutuality condition (aññamañña-paccaya): six; is a condition by way of the dependence condition (nissaya-paccaya): nine.
