[711] A phenomenon (dhamma) accompanied by equanimity (upekkhāsahagata), mixed (saṃsaṭṭha) with a phenomenon accompanied by equanimity, arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya): Two aggregates (khandha) arise mixed with one aggregate accompanied by equanimity; with two aggregates … rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi). It should be done in the same way as the dyad of phenomena with thought-conception (savitakka-duka).
