A phenomenon of the immaterial sphere is a condition for a phenomenon not of the immaterial sphere (na-arūpāvacara) by kamma condition: volition (cetanā) of the immaterial sphere is a condition for mind-originated (cittasamuṭṭhāna) [forms (rūpa)], for the aggregates (khandha) of the immaterial sphere, by kamma condition.
