[1002] In dependence on an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) that is both a root (hetu) and accompanied by roots (sahetuka), there arises an indeterminate phenomenon that is both a root and accompanied by roots — not by predominance condition (na adhipati-paccayā).
