[1038] Dependent on an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) that is both a root (hetu) and associated with a root (hetu-sampayutta), there arises an indeterminate phenomenon that is both a root and associated with a root — not by predominance condition (na-adhipati-paccayā).
