[1048] Dependent on (paṭicca) a wholesome (kusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a root (na-hetu) but is accompanied by roots (sahetuka), there arises a wholesome phenomenon that is not a root but is accompanied by roots — by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
