An unwholesome (akusala) phenomenon (dhamma) associated with fetters (saññojanasampayutta) is a condition for an unwholesome phenomenon associated with fetters by way of the predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): in the predominance condition, one; in the proximity condition (anantara-paccaya), nine … in the conascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya), five … in the decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya), nine; in the repetition condition (āsevana-paccaya), nine; in the kamma condition (kamma-paccaya), three … in the path condition (magga-paccaya), three; in the association condition (sampayutta-paccaya), five; in the presence condition (atthi-paccaya), five.
