[1255] Dependent on an unwholesome phenomenon (dhamma) that is both a fetter (saññojana) and subject to fetters (saññojaniya), there arises an unwholesome phenomenon that is both a fetter and subject to fetters, by root condition (hetu-paccaya). Three.
