[1274] In dependence on a wholesome phenomenon (dhamma) that is dissociated from the fetters (saññojana-vippayutta) and favorable to the fetters (saññojaniya), there arises a wholesome phenomenon that is dissociated from the fetters and favorable to the fetters — by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
