[1278] Dependent on an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) that is dissociated from fetters (saññojana-vippayutta) but subject to fetters (saññojaniya), there arises an indeterminate phenomenon that is dissociated from fetters but subject to fetters, by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
