[1333] In dependence on a wholesome phenomenon (dhamma) that is dissociated from ties (ganthavippayutta) and subject to ties (ganthaniya), there arises a wholesome phenomenon that is dissociated from ties and subject to ties — by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
