[1335] In dependence on (paṭicca) an unwholesome (akusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that is dissociated from ties (gantha-vippayutta) but subject to ties (ganthaniya), there arises an unwholesome phenomenon that is dissociated from ties but subject to ties, by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
