[1373] Dependent on an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) that is conducive to hindrances (nīvaraṇiya) but not a hindrance (nīvaraṇa), there arises an indeterminate phenomenon that is conducive to hindrances but not a hindrance — by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
