[1418] Dependent on a wholesome phenomenon (dhamma) that has an object (sārammaṇa), a wholesome phenomenon that has an object arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya). … As with [the section] "dependent on a wholesome phenomenon that has a condition (sappaccaya)," so should it be elaborated.
