[1440] An indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not mind (citta) is a condition, by root condition (hetu-paccaya), for an indeterminate phenomenon that is not mind: three. This should be expanded in detail in the same way as the wholesome (kusala) section of the mind dyad (citta-duka).
