[1515] Dependent on (paṭicca) an unwholesome (akusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that is conjoined with mind (citta), originated by mind, and occurring along with mind (cittasaṃsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānānuparivattī), there arises an unwholesome phenomenon that is conjoined with mind, originated by mind, and occurring along with mind, by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
