[1545] Dependent on a clung-to (upādinna) indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma), there arises a clung-to indeterminate phenomenon through root condition (hetu-paccaya). (Three.)
Dependent on a not-clung-to (anupādinna) indeterminate phenomenon, there arises a not-clung-to indeterminate phenomenon through root condition.
Dependent on a clung-to indeterminate phenomenon and a not-clung-to indeterminate phenomenon, there arises a not-clung-to indeterminate phenomenon through root condition: dependent on the clung-to aggregates (khandha) and the primary elements (mahābhūta), [there arises] form originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa).
