[1549] In the root condition (hetu-paccaya), four. In the object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya), four: two rooted in the clung-to (upādinna-mūlaka), two rooted in the not-clung-to (anupādinna-mūlaka). A not-clung-to (anupādinna) indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition for a not-clung-to indeterminate phenomenon by the predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): object-predominance (ārammaṇādhipati), conascence-predominance (sahajātādhipati) — one. In the proximity condition (anantara-paccaya), four; in the contiguity condition (samanantara-paccaya), four; in the conascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya), five; in the mutuality condition (aññamañña-paccaya), two; in the dependence condition (nissaya-paccaya), five; in the decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya), four.
