[1662] Dependent on (paṭicca) a wholesome (kusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that does not have roots to be abandoned by development (na-bhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka), there arises a wholesome phenomenon that does not have roots to be abandoned by development, by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
