[1651] In dependence on a wholesome phenomenon (dhamma) not having roots to be abandoned by seeing (na-dassanena-pahātabba-hetuka), there arises a wholesome phenomenon not having roots to be abandoned by seeing, by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
