[1895] In dependence on an internal (ajjhatta) phenomenon involving conflict (saraṇa), an internal phenomenon involving conflict arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya). Three. In dependence on an internal phenomenon free from conflict (araṇa), an internal phenomenon free from conflict arises by root condition.
