[1897] Dependent on an external phenomenon (dhamma) with conflict (saraṇa), there arises an external phenomenon with conflict, by root condition (hetu-paccaya). Three. Dependent on an external phenomenon without conflict (araṇa), there arises an external phenomenon without conflict, by root condition.
