[1826] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) with conflict (saraṇa), accompanied by pleasure (sukhasahagata), there arises a phenomenon with conflict, accompanied by pleasure, by root condition (hetu-paccaya). Dependent on a phenomenon without conflict (araṇa), accompanied by pleasure, there arises a phenomenon without conflict, accompanied by pleasure, by root condition.
