[1899] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) with conflict (saraṇa) having an internal object (ajjhattārammaṇa), there arises a phenomenon with conflict having an internal object, by root condition (hetu-paccaya). Dependent on a phenomenon without conflict (araṇa) having an internal object, there arises a phenomenon without conflict having an internal object, by root condition.
