[473] In dependence on (paṭicca) a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) leading neither to accumulation nor to dispersal (nevācayagāmi-nāpacayagāmī), there arises a not-root phenomenon leading neither to accumulation nor to dispersal — not by root condition (na-hetupaccayā).
