[527] A neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee (nevasekkhānāsekkha) phenomenon (dhamma) that is a root (hetu) is a condition for a neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee phenomenon that is a root by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya): nine.
