[528] A root (hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee (nevasekkhānāsekkha) is a condition for a root phenomenon that is neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): object-predominance (ārammaṇādhipati), conascence-predominance (sahajātādhipati).
